Mollie Mendoza
Mollie will be teaching:
Embodied Movement and Somatic Yoga Flow, Bhakti Flow, and Dance
Mollie Mendoza has been teaching yoga, dance and embodied movement globally for over 10 years.
She has been continuously inspired by the art and practice of somatic connection and mindfulness. These teachings are woven throughout her practice and inform the fluidity of her classes. She believes that the connection to our embodied selves can radically transform our lived experience.
Her movement practice is informed by the discovery and deeper understanding of ourselves in relation to all that is around us, and believes that through connecting to the wisdom of the body we also gain invaluable psychosomatic insight as to how we may now choose to show up for ourselves and others ‘off the mat.’
Mollie teaches a combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga, focusing on finding the perfect balance of softness and strength within your own body. She draws inspiration from the 4 paths of yoga, Bhakti (the way of the heart), Jnana (the way of knowledge), Raja (the way of meditation), and Karma yoga (the way of action).
Her flows are prayerful and call upon the power of our own intention to weave depth into every single practice. Mollie’s classes also honor and create space for embodied movement - encouraging self-expression and exploration.
